A few years ago, when I was in third grade, my friend and I participated in a drawing competition. My friend and I were very excited for this competition and we didn’t sleep at all the night before the competition because of the excitement.
On the day of the competition, I put my colored pencils in my bag and went to the competition place with my friend. There were a lot of kids there, all excited to win. Finally the competition started and I couldn’t control myself from the excitement and quickly started drawing without thinking more about the topic given.
I quickly put my design on paper, but when it came time to paint, I felt that everything was out of my control very quickly due to too much haste. The lines I had drawn were crooked and despite my efforts, the colors were coming out of the lines. Finally, I gave up and looked at my painting. I was a bit disappointed because I felt that my painting did not match the main subject at all.
